This page is maintained by the PetsFlip team to describe the rules for using the PetsFlip website and its dice-match features. By accessing PetsFlip you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use PetsFlip. PetsFlip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or BIG Games Pty Ltd. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for confirming that use of this site is legal where you live; do not use PetsFlip where prohibited.
2. Account & Roblox Verification
To play, you link a Roblox account by placing a one-time verification code in your Roblox profile bio. You are responsible for all activity on your linked account and for keeping access to it secure. Using another person's account, sharing accounts, or using automation, scripts, alt accounts, or multi-accounting to gain an advantage is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of items.
3. Virtual Items
Pets and other virtual items shown on PetsFlip have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash. Any displayed "value" is a reference figure only and may change at any time. Trades are final once a match resolves. PetsFlip does not guarantee the availability, delivery time, or continued existence of any in-game item.
4. Dice Matches & Provably Fair
Every dice match uses a provably fair scheme: a hashed server seed is committed before the round, and the server seed is revealed after resolution so the outcome can be independently verified. Outcomes derived from a correctly verified seed pair are final and binding. Network failures, disconnects, or client-side rendering issues do not entitle you to a rerun of a completed round.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; (c) launder, chargeback, or facilitate fraudulent trades; (d) harass other users; (e) misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility; (f) use PetsFlip to violate the Terms of Service or rules of any third-party platform, including Roblox.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, void trades, and reclaim items at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. No Warranty
PetsFlip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetsFlip and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of items, profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
